How We Process Your Order

Most items we carry ship within one business day and take 5-8 business days to deliver within the US and 12-14 days to deliver overseas.
If an item you have ordered is not in stock at the time the order is placed, one of our customer service representatives will contact you to give you the new ship date, and to verify that you would still like to place the order. Your credit card is never charged until we verify that the item is in stock.

Most items ship within one business day of placing your order. If an item is not in stock you will typically be notified at the time you try to place your order. If however your item is not available for immediate shipment you will be notified when it will be available. No matter what, we will not charge your card until your product ships.
We offer free shipping on all orders over $99 that are shipped in the continental USA. In the event of a return, at our discretion, we reserve the right to deduct the actual shipping charge from the refund.

Returns at Garden Value Outlet are easy!
Simply contact our Customer Service Department (support@gardenvalueoutlet.com), and let us know the reason for the return. We will then give you a return authorization number so you can return the item.
As long as it is within 30 days of receipt of your shipment, you may return ANY item for an exchange or full refund (We'll even refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error). In the event of a return, at our discretion, we reserve the right to deduct the actual shipping charge from the refund, including items marked as free shipping.
Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery, or in un-sellable condition, or missing parts, may be refused or may be charged a re-stocking fee at our discretion.
